This afternoon it was a real pleasure to be joined by Vicky, Matthew and Lizzie from the local charity Havant Young Carers. The Flash are preparing features for a forthcoming on air Mental Health Awareness campaign that we are organising and they kindly joined me in the studio to make a recording about the support they offer.
The Flash would like to hear from any local group or charity in the PO postcode area who work to either help persons with mental health issues or promote good mental health through social events, a caring ear, or help with those worries and stresses that life can bring.
